When you make an online payment, your payment is automatically matched with your invoice and you need not do anything. When you make payment by check, deposit or electronic transfer you must mention invoice number clearly on your advice. last 4 digits of the invoice number are important and you must ensure to state the last 4 digits when there is insufficient room to enter the complete number.
