Why should not you call on mobile and try to get a quick answer?

Some quick ways can lead to a much more time-consuming process in the end. When you call on a mobile you are calling one person who may be involved in driving or some other engagement. 

A support ticket is attended by a team of specialist who is focused on resolving your issue. Therefore even if it takes slightly longer you will receive a firm resolution to your issue.
